上世纪80年代初，我参加小升初考试，有幸被录取到通江县麻石中学在全区范围内招生的重点班。教我初中语文的老师变动了3次，3位老师给我都留下了深刻印象，是我一生中遇到的好老师。
上第一堂语文课，上课铃响后，教室里很安静，同学们等待老师的到来。他是怎样的老师？是白发苍颜的老者还是阳光帅气的小伙？是治学严谨、令人畏惧的“严”老师，还是至亲至善、亦师亦友的“温”老师？
“我叫张武廷，刚毕业于达县师专，新手上路，请多关照……”在同学们好奇和期待的眼神中，语文老师自我介绍说。他是恢复高考制度后的前几届学生，是一个大龄青年，所以长得很“成熟”。在那人才稀缺的年代，他是科班出身，知识丰富，有生活阅历。他走路常常仰着头，走出自信满满的步伐，让人敬畏。
张老师对待学生严而不厉。记得我在一次语文课上被抽问，回答问题一点都不沾边，以为要受到严厉批评，结果他还表扬我说，学语文就是要有发散思维和求异思维。
张老师上语文课从不照本宣科，表现得自信、自如。他在语文课上，常常引领同学们的思绪，一起走进生活、走进自然。走语文教学生活化的道路，让语文教学回归生活，是他的语文教学风格。“年轻的老头儿”才教我们一年就调走了，同学们还真有点不舍。
“大家要向母平昌同学学习，作业本封面内容用毛笔字书写，虽然写得不好，但做法值得表扬。书法能释古通今，陶冶情操，同学们要学习书法。”上初二时的一节语文课上，老师举着我的作业本，向全体同学展示，并表扬了我。他就是教我初二语文的老师向登义。
向老师穿着非常整洁，长相也非常帅气。他上课讲一口流利的普通话，尤其是他独具匠心的教学风格，颇受学生喜欢。
记得上《青纱帐——甘蔗林》这篇课文时，他指导我们采用男女轮诵、集体合诵等形式朗诵这首诗歌，他也不时独诵。一声盖过一声，仿佛青纱帐——甘蔗林就在我们眼前。同学们精神饱满、声音嘹亮、充满激情，思绪在诗歌的意境中飞扬，课堂气氛格外活跃。向老师把一堂诗歌课上成了诗歌朗诵会，引发众多老师在教室外驻足观赏。
他要求我们不会认的字要查字典，不懂词语的意思也要查词典，养成阅读习惯，多读名著名篇。在那时，学生家里经济条件都差，学生们能把家里每周给的几毛钱在食堂买几次南瓜汤吃就幸福得不得了，哪有钱去买课外书？那时，我学习语文的唯一工具书就是一本新华字典，是父亲托在县城读中师的堂哥买回来的。
每次考试，向老师命的试题，在那个年代有点违反“常态”，如写出有“虎”字的10个成语，描述《水浒传》中最感兴趣的人物形象，等等。这种开放性的语文试题，对阅读量少的乡村孩子来说，很难考出好成绩。他教我一年语文，我的每次语文成绩都在及格分边缘。
回想向老师当年的教学思想，不就是现在倡导学生自主、探究、合作学习的教学理念和实施的素质教育吗？
初三时，学校给我们安排了教过几届毕业班语文的许明衢老师上语文课。许老师戴着近视眼镜，进教室前喜欢把书夹在腋下，有一种学者范儿。他平易近人、性格温和，学生再调皮，他都不生气。
那时，我个子很小。许老师看我瘦小，给予我特别的关照。一个周末，他把自己寝室的钥匙交给我，让我们几位同学在寝室开小灶煮饭吃。我不小心打坏了泡菜缸水槽，正当大家不知所措时，许老师回来了。他笑着说，旧的不去，新的不来。
许老师上课讲得非常细致，每篇课文的生字、生词、名句、关键段落都要求我们理解和记忆。因此，全班同学的语文成绩很好，我每次考试语文成绩都在80分以上。记得我们中考语文的现代文阅读题，就是平时练习过的题。就是这次考试，让我如愿考上了中师，成为一名中学教师。
教我初中语文的3位老师的教学思想和教学风格各异，但他们的职业精神和独具匠心的教学风格让我受益匪浅，影响一生。我在教育这片希望的田野上已耕耘30多年了，在教学教研上取得了点滴成绩，真的非常感恩我一生遇到的好老师们。
